Five stars! Someone broke the mirror and housing on my SUV. I went to one place, Gerber's because my daughter had her vehicle repaired there last winter. Jennifer W. gave me a very reasonable estimate and told me she'd call when the part came in, which she did in a few days. She said I could come in anytime and they would install it while I waited. I was in/out within an hour and was very pleased with the work. Thank you to your staff, especially Jennifer, who was very nice and helpful.

I have used Gerber for two previous body damage repairs due to garage mishaps. I discovered Gerber because my insurance company recommended them and both of my previous repairs were our of pocket. This repair was a windshield replacement due to damage by road debris. I trust Gerber because my other repairs were outstanding. While my car was awaiting the windshield placement they did a courtesy buff on some quarter panel scratched. I particular like the outstanding on line estimated and the outstanding customer service. No surprised with Gerber.

The service here is excellent. Don was the greatest and so helpful and accommodating. Stephanie was also a bright and shining example of how customers should be treated. Customer service is everything and these guys give it their all. Best place on the south side.
