I'm very satisfied with this branch of Gerber C&G. They were consistently professional, making sure they accommodated my requests and let me know of any change with the repair process or the insurance claim. My car was finished before schedule, and their texting service let kept me up to date in real time. The repairs themselves on my vehicle look great.

Couldn't be happier with the resolution of my repair. Jackie was efficient in determining the source of the misaligned part and promptly ordered a replacement. She also assured me the color would match as the technician located and recorded the color code prior to my departure. A follow-up phone call from Pamela announced the arrival of the part and a repair date was established. Thank you to both Jackie and Pamela for the ease of repair from part identification to installation. p.s. Pamela, I hope your dog is doing much better!

Traveling from out of town, I needed to find a local body shop I could trust. Found Gerber through the great online reviews, and was not disappointed. Honest and hardworking people who care about doing a job right seem few and far between these days, but Gerber has a staff of them! Anna at the front desk was courteous and helpful. Ray and Greg fixed my car promptly and precisely to get me back on the road fast. Thank you!

It looks and drives great. Although it was a few extra days than planned, there were two things that didn't work out and they kept me informed of what was going on and the issues were corrected to perfection. Very courteous, knowledgeable and professional staff. I would highly recommend them. My car was badly damaged and required a lot of repair. It looks like nothing ever happened to it.I am beyond pleased with the service I received!

It took longer and was more costly than the initial estimated suggested. I did not personally pick up the car, but if I had I would have told them there was still a small amount of extraneous paint on the front bumper leftover from the accident. Overall, the workmanship was good (4 out of 5) and the front desk was very kind (5 out of 5).
