My husband and I were exceptionally pleased with the polite, quick service that we received. Everyone treated us very well, answering all of our questions completely. We REALLY loved, loved, loved the text messages keeping us up to date on the status of our repairs and reassuring us that " our Honda was happy there" !! Also when it was ready, which was FOUR days before we expected the repairs to be completed, the text said that our Honda was happy to be coming home to us!! Kudos to the person writing the texts! Very appreciated and funny, too! We will certainly recommend this place to others for their repairs. Thank you so much for making a stressful rear end collision easier to handle..

I had taken my truck in after I was hit by a deer (no meat) on the right front . I was told that it would be 2 maybe 3 weeks. What to my surprise that it was done in 10 days. It looks like it just drove off the showroom floor. A GREAT JOB done by the employees of this shop. A BIG Thank You to Bob, that took all the extra time to make it right and for the behind the scene work he did. I have and will tell people that I tell the story to about the DOA deer and my truck,and about the Great place that made it like new. THANK YOU again

I cannot imagine having a better experience with a body shop. Not only is their work almost perfection, but the staff is beyond friendly and helpful. The girls at the front are always willing to help and answer any questions I had. Conchetta, one of the estimators is fabulous. I cannot give a higher recommendation of this Gerber Collision and Glass location. I would never take my car any place else for repairs.

A big thank you to the Pontiac Gerber location for fixing my car after an accident. The repairs were done promptly and without incident. The staff was easy to work with and flexible with my schedule. After I received my car back we found a minor detail. I called Pontiac Gerber and without question they got me right back in and was happy to get me right back out on the road again. I'm really thankful to have a reliable repair facility in our community for those unforeseen incidents. Great shop, great staff!
