Hector M. has twice helped me by taking care of some marks on my car that I couldn't remove with rubbing compound. He had me in and out in about 15 minutes, even without an appointment. Also, I offered him $10 as a "thank you," but he refused to accept it.Also, I want to praise Libby at the desk. She has always been pleasant and kind and has taken care of me, even when I didn't have an appointment.

He was friendly, honest and communicative throughout the process. The office clerk/manager was also helpful, even driving me home when I dropped off the car.
