It was an easy experience to get my car repaired at Gerber on Ogden Ave in Naperville, IL. Very friendly & helpful . They arranged a rental car for me,explained how the injury to my car would be fixed and had it done in a week! I also received text messages with updates on the work being done. My insurance company recommended Gerber Collision to me as I had no idea where to go. I was extremely thankful for the service I received at Gerber. From the beginning they were very informative and helpful. They kept me posted and updated on the progress of my vehicle. Their cost estimates on repair was as expected and the estimated time to get the job done was earlier than expected. They provided me with a vehicle for 5 days which really helped out tremendously. My vehicle was as good as new and I thank Gerber Collision for the job well done!!
