I fully love each experience I've had with Gerber and unfortunately I've had three instances. The staff is great, I get text updates on when my car will be finished and they always go over everything with me. There has even been a time when I replaced a rear view mirror and they touched up the paint on the fender for no charge since it was slightly scraped. Thanks for everything

The estimator was extremely kind and professional. My car was fixed in a timely manner, and they send regular updates. I'm very pleased with the results! This is the second time I've used Gerber Collision. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Can't say enough about them. Needed the car within 30 days and they originally predicted 65 days. Jason moved heaven and earth and got it to me in 33 days. This was very important as I need the car really badly for family reasons. The work was spectacularly good. The service was first rate on the part of all the personnel - receptionists, workmen, managers. I used the one year warranty to get a couple of minor things fixed after the service. Nothing major at all - one missing screw and a slight rattle in the exhaust. - that was all after a &17,000 repair job. Was done the same day with no hassles or attempts to deny the claim.

Accidents are stressful. This company makes the process of recovery of your car as simple as it can possibly be. Just broth my car in on Monday, spent 20 min with adjuster, took some photos and paper work, during this time girls on front desk arranged rental car and I was back to my business. On Wednesday received update re. the progress and received my car back on Friday. Very simple. Reputable name, great service, life time warranty on their work. Very well established business and people are dedicated to Gerber Collision family. Vance, the mechanic-body specialist, probably was plastic surgeon in his previous life-definitely acceded my expectations. I am absolutely happy customer.

Having to deal with a crashed car is never fun. Between Gerber and Enterprise, they both made it pretty painless. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. They kept me up to date and got my car back to me earlier than expected.

Customer service was absolutely fantastic from the very beginning through the very end. They were ready for me, they explained everything in detail, they set realistic expectations, and they took care of setting up the rental car for me. It was really nice. Then, while the car was in for repair, I got regular texts with timelines, updated and estimates to complete the project. And best of all, they finished about three days sooner than I was anticipating. VERY, VERY, VERY impressed with Gerber's Elgin location!
