What a great bunch.!!!! Seriously!! I felt bad enough after having an accident with my baby in the car... living in Chicago and having to "GO" to the Police Department to place an accident report... calling the insurance company and hoping my insurance deductible doesn't go up... and now I had to get it fixed. From the phenomenal receptionist to the awesome body shop mechanics and reps.... this was a win! Thank you for not making me feel like a jerk about coming in... and my kids tearing everything up and screaming and running around.... I am just truly thankful. I live in Hyde Park and traveled to this shop because I heard how great this group was. God forbid I have to return ... I would only go here!!! Thanks guys!!!

Customer service is excellent. The link between Gerber and Enterprise is very helpful. The text messages, however, were confusing. Fortunately my rep, George N., was good about calling me with accurate information. The car looks brand new.

This Gerber did an incredible job on my 2014 Honda Accord. I was give about a 6 week completion time but Nick put in so much work so that I could get my car back early. I honestly am so glad I got my car repaired from here. It seems like its brand new!

Your man Jason very helpful and on the ball. The ladies at the desk know how to handle people who have car trouble and make it go away with minimum frustration to the customer. A pleasant experience to have Gerber Collision and Glass on the job.

The Buffalo Grove office was professional, communicated often and accurately, the job was done ahead of time and the final product looked like the car was brand new. Rented a car in the same office/location and that was very convenient. Would return to Gerber hands-down if I am in need of repair services in the future.

I have always trusted Gerber to take care of my auto repair needs. Lucero A. (Lucy) worked with me to provide an estimate and repair timetable that worked for me. Excellent! The staff at the front desk were helpful, very efficient and friendly. The repair was completed is less time than I expected and I drove away in a very clean car. I'm 100% pleased! I will continue to recommend Gerber to my family, friends, and anyone who brings up an auto repair (including window) issue. Thank you!
