I went in there with high hopes and was not disappointed. Rachael and Marcy were absolutely lovely and professional every step of the way. I received detailed updates twice a week from Rachel on the costs and the progress of the repairs, which really put my mind at ease. Though I hope I don't need it, this location has definitely earned a customer for life.

Carlson was wonderful from the first time we met to discuss the estimate, all the way through to the excitement of pick up day! We are completely satisfied with the car - it looks brand new. And it was exceptionally clean inside. As always, Carlson's pleasant demeanor and obvious knowledge of his craft made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Will definitely recommend friends go to Gerber for repairs!

Thank you for the excellent job done on our vehicle. We were quoted the job would take 9 days and was completed in 5. The car looked and smelled brand new when we picked the car up and the job. Gerber had the rental vehicle waiting for us at the time of drop off. This was no hassle and very efficient. Very very impressed!

This is my second time going to Gerber in McHenry and I will highly recommend them. Thank you for running a very efficient shop . My car was done early and it looks great . The customer service was outstanding!

The receptionist stayed open 30 minutes after close to wait for my vehicle to arrive from the tow. That was great ! The mechanics kept in touch with me every step of the way . I also appreciate cleaning the exterior/ interior of my vehicle.

I chose this company because it was a select vendor from State Farm and I needed some Auto Body Repair. I brought my car in, where Val diligently reviewed the damage to my vehicle. Although a somewhat timely estimate, Val showed me every concern she had, mark she found around the accident site, and area needing to be fixed. I scheduled an appointment, brought my car in for repairs, where again, Val wiped down my vehicle and showed me every mark related to the accident, unrelated to the accident, the odometer reading, gas level, and car condition. I was told the repairs would only take three days, so I opted not to have a rental car. Annabelle called me Wednesday afternoon and explained they would be having a meeting in which she would have a better idea of when the actual repairs would be completed. She called the next day, said the car ... would be ready that evening, and scheduled me with a pick up time. Upon arriving for pick-up, my car was already waiting for me in the garage, Annabelle processed my paperwork quickly and went over all the checkout details, which she placed in an informational folder. She was quick, kind, and professional. Then Val took me to the car and showed me the repairs and explained the actions to take if I was not sure repairs were completed.
