Tom R. was incredibly during helpful the entire process. The insurance company had authorized non-Honda parts but after they were installed, Tom noted that the quality and alignment was not there and got these parts replaced quickly with original Honda parts. They test drove the car and noted damage from a previous accident that another body shop had not repaired properly. I've returned to that body shop for a "re-do", saving me a lot of costs and risks in the future. Thanks Tom for looking out for me and taking the time to educate me!!

I needed my bumper replaced due to an accident. From the moment I called I felt that I would be treated very well. I took my car in on Monday morning was told that it will be taken care of and by the end of the next day I had it back like new. They even buffed out my side mirror and I fell in love with my car all over again. Great job guys.

Excellent customer service, quality repair work, work finished before quoted timeframe. When the work was finished, due to a schedule problem, Gerber delivered our car and returned the rental for us.

I was unfortunate enough to be T boned by an unconscious driver who was driving a Chevy Astro van. He hit drivers side bed of My Z71 Silverado which snapped the axel and Both alloy wheels, shot the tail gate off and completely twisted the bed. I was very upset because I make a point of keeping my vehicle in good shape only to have it mangled. I explained my concerns about insurance companies being cheap skates and that I didn't want any old differential out of some clanger work truck that's been towing a tool trailer around for 200 miles. They assured me this would not be the case and they would stand by the parts they replace. I was a mechanic for GM for 10 years and know how these Silverado Diffs are prone to excessive lash. I love how there were many forms of communication while my car was being fixed. Scott was amazing! I got a phone call less than 24 hours after I dropped off my car. Scott gave me a full detailed description of what was going to happen, answered all of my questions and gave me reassurance that my car was in great hands. I received text messages and phone calls on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I was very excited when I found out that my car was going to be done earlier than what I was originally told. I had an experience with another auto body place a few months back. My daughter was involved in a car accident. They were less than informative. I hope that this doesn't have to happen again, but if it does, God forbid, I will always choose Gerber!!!!
