I have had very good experiences having our van repaired two separate times from rear end collisions at this location. The employees are courteous and helpful, and the repairs were completed quickly. Dimitri was especially helpful in explaining the costs and providing ranges of possible costs as the person who hit me was paying out of pocket. The rental car process was very easy and I also appreciate how clean the car was when it was returned. Very pleased overall. Thanks.

This my third time at Gerber, and for good reason! I had an accident two days before going on vacation. Gerber, Naperville, IL., handeled everything, not only coordinating with my insurance Co, but completing the repair perfectly while I was gone. Would I recommend them, YES, without reservation!

This is my second experience with Jimmy C. and his team at Gerber. This was a small amount of damage, and he got me in and out in no time. He is honest and totally customer focused. Makes a not so great incident a decent experience. Give Jimmy a raise!!

I had two cars repaired at Gerber and was very pleased both times. Cars were completed in less time than estimated, and they look almost new! Staff was very pleasant and helpful (especially Terri). They answered all my questions, and kept me informed during the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs repairs.

Everyone at this facility including the enterprise reps were truly great to work with!!!! Everyone had great attitudes and energy every single time I was there or dealing with something over the phone. Racheal was a real pleasure and really made sure that my car was taken care it and safe to drive!! Gerber does beautiful work on cars and takes extra care to do things the right way. They try hard to get it done efficiently and in a timely manner. We also appreciated the loaner car they arranged for us.

They did a great job of repairing our truck after a collision. They were very friendly and very often sent out updates. I called many of times and every time they let me know exactly what was happening and a estimated timeline.

I entered the Oak lawn Il. location and the receptionist was so welcoming. (Crystal). Waited around for maybe 30 min, for a Service Rep. When he came out (BILL). He was sooooo helpful with the minor bumper damage I had experienced the day before....5star rate!!!!!!.Thank you guys

From the time I entered Gerber Collision & Glass I was treated very well. There was minimal wait time for Bill to do the estimate and Crystal was very informative, helpful and professional. Bill took me out to my car and explained everything to me and said it shouldn't take long to complete the job. I would recommend Gerber to all family and friends and felt better about the damage to my vehicle after I left. Thank you so very much Bill and Crystal!!
