I backed up my brand new Lexus into another car in the parking garage, and the back bumper had a crack in between the top and bottom pieces. I was afraid that there might be important parts down there that are now exposed, and that the bumper might eventually fall. Jeff took a look, and explained to me that there aren't any important parts down there, and asked me the straight-forward question of how much I am planning to spend, as any bodywork done on these high-end vehicles are costly. After telling him that I am only planning on spending the minimum, and just want to be sure that the bumper wouldn't fall eventually, Jeff offered to help by putting in some clippers, and he won't even charge me! He took a screw-driver, some clippers, pliers, and rolled down under the bumper, on the ground under the hot sun, and started working. In the ... middle, he even pointed out that one of the key screws that was supposed to hold the two pieces together wasn't even assembled correctly! After he was done, he was sweating, and I offered some tip, but Jeff turned it down. He is such a kind, honest, straight-forward and efficient person! This must be my lucky date :) I wish all mechanics are trustworthy and understanding as Jeff is. You are the BEST, Jeff!! Thanks!!! read more

customer service and repair were wonderful. all employees were attentive and kind. every effort was made to get my car back to me as soon as possible. the results were excellent and you can't tell at all that any repair occurred.
