Went to Gerber to get an insurance estimate for a scratch that went down the side of my car. The technician said it was more of a transfer and said he wanted to have them try to just buff if out. I waited about 15 minutes, he brought the car back around as good as new and washed. Didn't charge me anything either. Will definitely bring any future body work/glass repair back to this location. Excellent customer service!

The two gentlemen just left after replacing my front windshield and I had to share that they were excellent. they called when I was told they would, the followup to let me know they would be arriving in 20 minutes, and they completed it in the time they said. they were pleasant and professional, making a stressful situation a breeze! Gerber Collison, Mundelein, was extremely helpful. My Prius was rear ended. They were willing to work with USAA to make my car driveable back to Iowa. Then I would not have to drive back to Chgo to pick it up & could have it repaired in Des Moines. They put 2 men on it, so it would be finished by early afternoon.

I was treated with respect and timely, friendly and professional service. My car looks new without any signs of damage. They even replaced a burned out interior light at my request without complaining! I really appreciate that because I work in sales and I do what I can to make my customers happy. It's nice to have that kind of service here too especially since I have never used Gerber before. They left a very good impression on me!

I brought my car in to get fixed on July 19th, thinking it would take a couple weeks to fix my dented bumper. I got a call from Nick saying my car was all ready to be picked up the next day (July 20th)!! My car looked great! And the paint job on my bumper was matched very perfectly!! Gerber even washed my car, and they even cleaned & shined up my tires! I am very happy with Gerber's services and would highly recommend them to family & friends!

Great service from start to finish. Jorge Garcia was fantastic to work with, he explained repairs when I brought it in and went over everything when the car was finished. Loved getting updates via text and personal updates by phone twice a week. Car was originally to be finished 4 oclock thursday but actually ready thursday morning. Highly recommend Gerber In Matteson.
