My experience with Gerber was excellent from the time I took my car in, until the time my car was complete. The entire staff was very professional. I would recommend them to everyone I know who may need repair of any sort on their vehicle. My car look show room ready. They kept me informed of my completion date. My car was ready a week sooner than expected.

Stefanie and Jessica were great people to work with. They told me not to worry, they would handle everything and that they did. It's your car...and they understand that. My car was returned to me when promised. The auto tech did a fantastic job!

All of the people at Gerber were very kind and helpful. After getting rear ended I was told about them and read great reviews so chose this Gerber. Thomas, the estimator, explained to me the process and was able to get me scheduled for a car quickly. When I picked up my car I believe his name was Sam, explained to me all the work they did and some stuff they found. They were able to put back on a hubcap that I wasn't able to myself and replaced a brake light that I was not aware was out. The whole process was simple and worry free.

Everyone we dealt with was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. The exceptional employee was Ben, the Porter. First of all, he was very personable and quickly brought me to and from Gerber safely. If it was not for him, I would not have done business with Gerber because getting to Gerber and back was crucial as I had no means to get there. Ben, and his willingness to do more hours than he was scheduled for in order to pick me up, (as I was told by the staff) was a major part of what sets Gerber apart from others...outstanding bodywork and help beyond the norm.
