Very professional, good job, car looked better than when I bought it. Pleasantly surprised that they also washed my car. I wish I knew what they used. Man was waiting for me to pick it up even though everyone else appeared to have went home. Thank you!

If I could give them more stars I would! I was expecting my car would be in the shop for at least 10 days. I got it back in 4 days! They ordered all the parts before I dropped off the car to start work. They are truly awesome! The most helpful service people that I have ever dealt with!

We dropped the car off at estes in schaumburg they were accomadating by asking another shop if they could take it . Elmhurst took it and i got textx followup, and calls which was amazing. Very pleased with the customer service and with the car getting fixed. Looks like a new vehicle

McKinley B. was great. Very polite, listened well. He wanted to meet with me personally but I had to leave early and thanks for being open early to allow me to get done early. Wendy at the desk was wonderful. She made the experience pleasant and helped to alleviate my tension. Nice that you have coffee available too.

IT was great service. They had a rental for me the girls at the front desk very professionals . Loved that they give you updates every Tuesdays and Thursdays. The guy ( I believe his name was Casey) that gave me my car back was so nice and professional and explained everything to me. 100% satisfied
