Went in to schedule my body work that needs to be repair. I also showed Bill a scratch that someone did on my car. He said that was just paint transfer. He went into the shop and crabbed a rag and took care of it for me. That's great customer service. I truly appreciate that. That's Bill.

From the time I dropped off my car, the staff always kept me informed on the progress of my car and they took care of all the paperwork involving the insurances. I brought my 2014 subaru legacy there after it was hit by another person. I was welcomed by Jenny (the front desk receptionist) who was very helpful and nice. Laura Schwann was my estimator and was in constant contact with me through the whole process. She was very friendly and helpful as well. She had an estimate ready for me within 20 minutes of bringing my car there the first time. When my car was ready within 24 hours which was great! I was working on Saturday when it was finished, so Laura said that I could pick it up on Monday morning without any problem and I was allowed to keep the rental over the weekend because the shop was closed on Sunday. I picked up my car on Monday morning without any issues. Since my car was in the shop over the weekend, it was dusty so they were nice enough to wash it again. They even cleaned the inside ... so it looked like my car had been detailed. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received and every one of my interactions with everyone there was positive. I would recommended this location to anyone who needs work on their vehicle. Jenny and Laura are awesome! read more
