We dropped the car off at estes in schaumburg they were accomadating by asking another shop if they could take it . Elmhurst took it and i got textx followup, and calls which was amazing. Very pleased with the customer service and with the car getting fixed. Looks like a new vehicle

McKinley B. was great. Very polite, listened well. He wanted to meet with me personally but I had to leave early and thanks for being open early to allow me to get done early. Wendy at the desk was wonderful. She made the experience pleasant and helped to alleviate my tension. Nice that you have coffee available too.

IT was great service. They had a rental for me the girls at the front desk very professionals . Loved that they give you updates every Tuesdays and Thursdays. The guy ( I believe his name was Casey) that gave me my car back was so nice and professional and explained everything to me. 100% satisfied

I am happy with Gerber, who stood by their work and replaced a windshield under warranty when the previous windshield has problems. Bob K. in the field was very knowledgeable and helpful, and the Elmhurst location's manager took care of my problem quickly and without any hassles.
