This is the place to go for car auto repairs. Over the years, third time our family has been here and first time review. I'm not sure which stands out the most. The folks that work here or the excellent job they've done to my car. The personnel were very friendly and accommodating. They did an excellent repair job on my car and it carries a life time warranty. The car was in for a short time and completed two days sooner. I hope I won't need to be back but if I do, I'll be more than happy and trust them for all my future body auto repairs.

I can honestly say that I have never had a better repair experience! From the minute I brought the car in for an estimate to the completion, I was treated as a valued customer. The work is beautiful, the turnaround time was quick, I was informed and most importantly, the staff were top notch. My car looks new and it is clean inside and out and my new license plates were installed!! That was the frosting on the cake. Thank you to Jacqueline G. and all who worked to process and complete my repairs. I will recommend this shop to anyone I know.

The staff at the Peoria location was aboslutely wonderful. I was out of the country during my repairs and they were flexible and easy to work with. I was allowed to drop off my vehicle early and received emails with updates while I was away. The repairs were finished earlier than expected and the staff did a wonderful job explaining my final summary and payment through insurance. One of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Thank you!

It took one day to fix my rear bumper. I was told possibly a few days. Barely needed the rental car! My car was so clean and nice when I got it back. Took 5 minutes to get it back too. Would definitely come back. Very satisfied. Skip was a very nice guy and Raelyn, the woman at the front desk, was very helpful and kind.

Vehicle damage is always unpleasant. But when you have professionals like Gerber at your back, the experience is much less painful. They have the best, most knowledgeable and courteous service personnel in the industry. You can always count on them for a speedy, thorough and fair inspection and assessment. Repairs, in my opinion, are far superior to any dealer. I've never been disappointed with the quality of their service.

Wonderful experience with Gerber. Tony kept me updated throughout the entire process. He was also patient with me with any questions I had. When I picked the car up, Skip went over each part of the car that had to be repaired & explained what they did. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision & while I hope I never need a big car repair again, I would go to them again in a heartbeat. Thanks Gerber!!
