When I took my vehicle to Gerber Collision & Glass for collision damage I was made welcome from the receptionist to the people who looked my vehicle over. It took only one week to repair my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle it looked like it was brand new inside and out. Great job by Gerber.

Joe (Manager) insisted that I return with my car to check backup security system following bumper repair to make sure everything was functioning properly as I had been getting warning messages that backup warning system not operational. All checked out well. I was impressed with Joe's professional response and persistence.

I brought my car in recently for warrantee work and the service I received was excellent. Darrin M. carefully examined my car and explained everything needed very thoroughly. He was able to provide me with an accurate timeline for the repairs, and the office manager did a great job of keeping me informed of when the car would be nearing completion. On my arrival, the repair technician reviewed the repairs with me so that I was aware of what was done, and why. I did not get the office manager's or technician's name, but I want to thank them also, as they provided great service. Thanks much!

I took my car to Gerber after I was in an accident where I had rear end damage to my car. I took it in on Tuesday morning and was given an estimated date of return as the next Monday. By Thursday of the week I had taken it in for repair I received a call that my car was done so I could pick it up. They did an awesome repair on damage done beyond the bumper that was replaced. I will take any of my future repairs to Gerber again.
