Good Evening, I just to Thank You for professionalism on all levels, the communication, the call backs and updates on my car. I have actually been a regular customer unfortunately for me but I know exactly where to take my car if something happens on the road. I also want to mention an extra special Thank You for one of your employees named Alex M. This young man was so helpful whenever I went to your facility and needed something from my car. The one time I came by, he was on break and saw me pull up and asked if he could help me and advised me to check in upstairs and let the office know I was there, and helped me get some things out of my car because State Farm said my vehicle was a total loss. The car came back looking great. The paint and detail was a great match. It looks like it did when brand new. Your staff was very knowledgable and helpful with all of our questions. The car was ready on time as the estimator said. I am very happy with the results and would take any or our other cars to Gerber if we ever needed to. The young women at the front desk, who's name escapes me, help me arrange for the rental car, and explained all of the estimate and repair paperwork. She along with the women who gave us the estimate were very friendly and courteous.

Great people who work there. I had someone hit my car and they did an estimate and fixed my car within a week of the estimate, only took them less than 24 hours. Even gave me a rental car despite it being less than 24 hours. Great place.

The whole staff was EXCELLENT from start to finish. My car was actually completed 1 day earlier and due to a work conflict I was unable to pick up my car during business hours and Rick E. stayed after hours to meet me and my husband at 7:30 pm at night! What service. Thank you Gerber.

Just a short thank you note for the outstanding performance of the young man at your front desk. I went to have my rear window replaced because of the heavy tinting which was causing back-up accidents. Be he pointed out that all I had to do was remove the tinted paper...which he did for me. So I'm now going through life telling everybody I meed that GERBER IS THE GREATEST!
