Great people who work there. I had someone hit my car and they did an estimate and fixed my car within a week of the estimate, only took them less than 24 hours. Even gave me a rental car despite it being less than 24 hours. Great place.

The whole staff was EXCELLENT from start to finish. My car was actually completed 1 day earlier and due to a work conflict I was unable to pick up my car during business hours and Rick E. stayed after hours to meet me and my husband at 7:30 pm at night! What service. Thank you Gerber.

Just a short thank you note for the outstanding performance of the young man at your front desk. I went to have my rear window replaced because of the heavy tinting which was causing back-up accidents. Be he pointed out that all I had to do was remove the tinted paper...which he did for me. So I'm now going through life telling everybody I meed that GERBER IS THE GREATEST!

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service at Gerber. Both Amy and Jeffrey were incredibly friendly and helpful in processing my estimate. The estimate took six minutes and the turnaround time on our repair was less than half the time promised. The work was impeccable too. Most importantly, the cost of our repair was significantly lower than another estimate we received. I would highly recommend this location to others and if needed, will return for another service. Hats off to the staff for an overall great experience!

Gerber was very quick to repair my car after I was rear ended, and I had my car back the day after they picked it up despite needing multiple large parts. They went above and beyond and returned my car fully washed and cleaned on the inside as well. Gerber and my insurance company were seamless in coordinating the repairs on my car and getting me a rental in the meantime. Would definitely recommend!

RICK E. HELPED ME WITH A FLAT TIRE DURING A BAD RAIN STORM, I HIT A POTHOLE AND HE CAME OUT IN SUCH BAD WEATHER TO HELP ME FIX MY TIRE SO I CAN MAKE IT HOME SAFELY. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ASSURE MY SAFETY. I WISH THERE WAS MORE PEOPLE LIKE HIM WHO ARE JUST SO HELPFUL. RICH SHOWED TRUE CHARACTER. THANKS AGAIN RICK!

This location is GREAT! I was treated very well and was kept informed every step of the way. The manager, Kyle, promotes excellent customer service and obviously has wonderful rapport with his team (Jimmy was assigned to my vehicle). I have had 3 of my vehicles repaired here (not proud of my record, ha) and have always only done business with this shop. I told my Farmers agent to us them exclusively for the Zurich North America employees and our families! They deserve recognition by Gerber!!! Thanks, everyone!
