I brought my 2014 subaru legacy there after it was hit by another person. I was welcomed by Jenny (the front desk receptionist) who was very helpful and nice. Laura Schwann was my estimator and was in constant contact with me through the whole process. She was very friendly and helpful as well. She had an estimate ready for me within 20 minutes of bringing my car there the first time. When my car was ready within 24 hours which was great! I was working on Saturday when it was finished, so Laura said that I could pick it up on Monday morning without any problem and I was allowed to keep the rental over the weekend because the shop was closed on Sunday. I picked up my car on Monday morning without any issues. Since my car was in the shop over the weekend, it was dusty so they were nice enough to wash it again. They even cleaned the inside ... so it looked like my car had been detailed. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received and every one of my interactions with everyone there was positive. I was very, very happy with my experience with the Gerber Collision & Glass shop on Estes in Schaumburg, IL. When the car was towed into their shop, my car was in sad shape. There was a ton of damage on the passenger side of my 2015 Honda Accord. Thanks to Darryl, Matt & their crew, my car was returned to me as though it was a brand new car all together. They did a remarkable job! My car looks amazing! I'm beyond thrilled to have my car back, and I'm so very grateful to them for all their hard work!!!

Repairs were handled very professionally. i was kept in the loop on the repairs . everything was explained to me very clearly. the repairs are great. car looks new. The extra bonus was the car was washed & cleaned inside as well. my car was in desperate need of a vacuuming . I thank them for that. I would recommend this shop & if need be I would return.
