I recently was in an car accident and the customer service I received from the Gerber staff was excellent. From the time I dropped off my car, the staff always kept me informed on the progress of my car and they took care of all the paperwork involving the insurances. I am very happy with the service I received and would highly recommended them to others. Thank you Gerber!!!

Service was great -- from my initial phone call with Angie to finish. The job was completed sooner than expected, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The car rental with Enterprise was seamless and also very professional and fast. All-in-all it made an experience that could have been a real pain, almost hassle-free. Thank you.

I brought my 2014 subaru legacy there after it was hit by another person. I was welcomed by Jenny (the front desk receptionist) who was very helpful and nice. Laura Schwann was my estimator and was in constant contact with me through the whole process. She was very friendly and helpful as well. She had an estimate ready for me within 20 minutes of bringing my car there the first time. When my car was ready within 24 hours which was great! I was working on Saturday when it was finished, so Laura said that I could pick it up on Monday morning without any problem and I was allowed to keep the rental over the weekend because the shop was closed on Sunday. I picked up my car on Monday morning without any issues. Since my car was in the shop over the weekend, it was dusty so they were nice enough to wash it again.
