I am very pleased with the Service I received from Gerber In Lagrange, Il. Nick R., the General Manager was professional and courteous in dealing with me. I took my car in on a Monday morning, and they had it ready for me the following afternoon. They even buffed out some paint scratches unrelated to the accident at no extra charge. My car was washed and cleaned inside and out. I am very pleased with the results, and highly recommend this business

I cannot say enough about this shop! Jeff, the Production Manager, and the whole team worked a miracle for me! I was struggling to find a good time to drop off and pick up my car because of work. Insurance won't pay for your rental if you take an extra day to pick up your car. The Production Manager and Jeff had a quick discussion and decided they could get my car in and out in 1 day! 1day! Wow! Dropped my car off in the morning, got it back in the evening. The work is gorgeous, the car was nicely cleaned, and the staff was superb. This went so far above and beyond! Other shops were telling me a week or more, these guys got it done in a day and for far less money. I will point all my friends and family to this shop in the future. I am truly impressed!

My experience with Gerber Collision & Glass in Glenview/Lehigh was simply wonderful in all aspects from the moment I brought my car in for the estimate until I picked it up to see the perfect repair work completed on the vehicle about slightly over two weeks later. The staff was professional, kind, courteous and extremely respectful. I received numerous updates via text messages and phone calls. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Went in to schedule my body work that needs to be repair. I also showed Bill a scratch that someone did on my car. He said that was just paint transfer. He went into the shop and crabbed a rag and took care of it for me. That's great customer service. I truly appreciate that. That's Bill.

The estimator, Chris G, was terrific. He was friendly, trustworthy and responsive. While I hope I don't have a reason to return, they would be my first call if I did and I recommend the Highland Park Gerber Collision & Glass!
