We had a small problem with a light after a repair and Chris A. and Les T. went above and beyond to help us find a quick solution. They were friendly professional and prompt. I would definitely like to let you know that we appreciated their help.

Chris G. did an excellent job throughout the entire process! From the moment I arrived at Gerber he was so helpful, explaining what work was going to be done, how the insurance worked, how to get a rental, estimated completion date, etc. I will highly recommend Chris (and Gerber) to anyone who needs body work done to their car! This was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time, and the credit should go to Chris and. Plus my car looks great again, so excellent work to the entire team as well. What an amazing experience! The front desk all the way to service was a great experience. The text message communication was the best part. Not too many messages but the perfect amount to know what was going on with my car. The car looks brand new and they did a fantastic job making sure everything was perfect. Hopefully, I will never need their services again but when I ultimately do I will absolutely be going back.

Aaron and Jorge at Gerber were timely, professional and courteous. They kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. In the end, my truck was repaired beautifully! I'm so impressed and will definitely recommend them to others.
