Quick, fast, and efficient! The repairman came to my house and replaced the glass right on the spot. He was professional and courtesy, although, it was one of the hottest day in Illinois. I was very happy with the work.

My car was sideswiped and I had no idea where to go to get my car fixed. Gerber Collision was right by my house and so I stopped in. I delt with David the whole time and he was even nice enough to stay 35minutes past closing time to make sure I was comfortable having my car fixed! In one parking lot a person went out in reverse without being careful and hit our Subaru, damaging the two doors on the passenger side, as well as the front and rear bumpers. We went to Gerber Collision & Glass after searching the best place for car repair. They left our car like new, looks great, it does not appear to have been impacted. Also the people who work there are very friendly and professional. Thank you very much to all, especially to David H., who not only made the price estimate for the repair and sought the best options for the repairs of the car, he also kept us aware of the car's progress every day and gave us the car ahead of schedule. Honesty The garage door shut on my car's trunk and it left scratches on the trunk. Stopped at the shop to get an estimate. The estimator (Bill I think) looked at it and said that they were not scratches but paint marks from the garage. He showed me that if I buy a oil based polisher, I can rub the paint marks off the trunk..No Charge. Thank you for your honesty.
