I showed up at Gerber today with my Cadillac. Chris G. was nice enough to help me and buff my front and rear bumper from an incident from the Botanic Gardens parking lot. I returned to some damage on my car and I have been worried about getting it fixed. Chris made the process painless and he even offered to touch up my right front rim for me. A+++

Gerber collision does excellent repair work, and makes everything easier with their exceptional customer service. David H. was the estimator for my car and he was extremely personable and helpful, explaining the process and showing me the results. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

At the end of the day, most employees are ready to go home and the last thing they want to see is a customer coming through the front door at 10 minutes to closing time. I felt bad about walking in so late in the day but I was assured by the lady at the front desk that they still had time. Within minutes, Miquel D. introduced himself and asked to see my car. My car had been tapped twice and had minor scrapes and a couple of dents in the rear bumper. Miguel was extremely polite, asked for my keys, and in less than five minutes had completely buffed out the scrapes! I started to go back in and pay and he said there was no charge. After having a horrific experience with another big name collision repair shop for my sons car, it was a totally difference experience at Gerber for my car. From the day I had my car looked at for damage until the day I picked it up after repairs, the experience was excellent. The people were nice and seemed to care about you and your car. Even though there are closer shops to where I live, I would return to this one if I ever need repairs again. I would highly recommend it.

On 06-02-2018 I brought in my 2015 Mazda CX5, someone hit it in an Highland Park parking lot. Met with Chris G. to see what he could do. Did not want to call my insurance, it ended up being nothing major. Chris did his magic and in less then 5 minutes it was fixed. He was the most pleasant and professional person I met. I just wanted to tell you that if I ever need anything I will bring my car here again with out a dough. I cant tell you enough how rare it is now days to find someone like Chris with a smile on his face and so wonderful. Please remember him when raises come around and he deserve a good one, people like Chris are a keeper.
