I had a few minor bumps and bruises from my wife and kids not being as careful as needed around the new car. I had thought I may have gone to the wrong place....at first. Because of a customer who rode along with me to the rental car site, complaining about this company and the services they provided. But, when I saw my car 3 days later, it looked brand new. Turns out one bad apple can make a mountain out of a mole-hill. I cannot even tell the work had been done on my car, It looked perfect. Best of all the work is guaranteed for life, so I don't ever have to worry again if this will come back as a rust stop in the future

Outstanding service - Allison in particular was kind, helpful, courteous, & professional. She took care of EVERYTHING, I barely had to do a thing other than bring the car in & let them take it from there. The work was delivered ahead of schedule, the repairs looked terrific, and they even detailed the entire car for me! Price was very reasonable as well. We needed some work done to my wife's car, have been putting it off but I'm scheduling it with Gerber because of the excellent all-around service we've received. HIGHLY recommended.

I had a wreak late on a Thursday night, I called my insurance company and they gave me a few places to have my car repaired. I choose Gerber Collison because it's not very far from my home and I felt I could easily go by to check on my car if I felt a need to. My car was towed there on the next day. I immediately started getting phone calls, which happened daily along with photos on the progress of the repairs from start to finish. My contact person, Joe Irwin was very professional and curtious keeping me in the loop and at ease. I did not feel the need to visit the shop. When I picked up my car the following Thursday, the office staff were also pleasant. Mr. Irwin was there to escort me to my car and explained the details of the repairs and warranties. I would definitly take a car back there and I recommend them highly.

I only had my new car for 1 day when unfortunately, I needed the services of Gerber Collision. They are amazing and very professional people. I threw them a challange and they came through in a timely manner. They had great communication with me and showed a genuine concern for me and my car. I can not stress enough how great their customer service is. Thanks you Joe and the lovely lady who took all my phone calls. My car looks fantastic again!

This was our second time using Gerber Collision. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk to the repairmen were always very helpful and considerate. Our vehicle looks brand new after having over $4,000 in damage. I even took my niece by so they could take a look at some scratches on her parents' vehicle before she had to go show it to Mom and Dad. They buffed it out and told her exactly how to take care of the paint on her own. She was thrilled and grateful. I have heard other wonderful stories about these folks and I will continue to tell anyone and everyone about them as well.

The staff there is very courtous, efficient, and thorough. We have used them several times and every time the service and quality of workmanship has been perfect. I always recommend this location whenever the opportunity presents itself. You should be very proud of the staff at this facility

I had some failry major Repair work done on my 2011 Toyota Avalon about 5 weeks ago and you Folks did a super job! I had to get a Rental Car as well and it was very convenient for me to be able to just drop it off at your Shop, pick up my fixed Car and let you Folks call the Rental Car Company to have them pick the Car up... and my Car looks absolute fantastic, almost new!
