I recently had my vehicle repaired at your location in Holly Springs location and the customer service was exceptional!! I was updated constantly on every part of the process of the repair. They far exceeded expectations and thank them for the constant updates. Tiffany went out of her way to ensure that I understood the process of the repair and was such a pleasure to work with. In 2013 I had my vehicle repaired at a different facility and I did not receive the outstanding customer service that I received with your company and had to return several times to fix minor issues.I would also thank Chris for his customer service as well! Kudos to Gerber!!!

Chris kept me up-to-date with the entire process. When they found more damage than the insurance adjuster found, they handled everything for me. Jill processed the check out in a timely manner and everything went very smooth. I am very pleased with the level of work.

GREAT! Rodney and Jill were a pleasure to deal with. When I took the car in Rodney said there were two possible fixes. I chose the less expensive option. He asked if I could leave the car for a couple of days and I said yes. It turned out to be LESS THAN ONE DAY! AND -- the car was washed and vacuumed (both badly needed). I hope I don't need body work again but if/when I do it will be there.

My car had significant hail damage. The PDR process was used for the repairs. The work was exceptional. I was skeptical about the ability to repair some of the most significant damage, but the car looks brand new. They worked with the insurance company to cover all of the cost, even though there was a large gap between the two estimates. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.There was one minor "adjustment" needed on the fit of an interior component, that was handled on the spot. Thanks to the Gerber Team for a job well done.

I was very, very please with the friendliness and professionalism of every single employee at this Gerber Collision repair shop. From the moment I arrived (early on a Monday morning when most workers aren't smiling), they greeted me with a smile and a firm welcoming handshake. I really appreciated Rodney's spot-on explanation of the process and amount of time required for the repairs. They even accommodated my work schedule for dropping off and picking up my vehicle. Exceptional customer service. Topping everything off, my vehicle was returned ahead of schedule.
