VERY courteous, helpful and repair results were excellent. Everything was taken care of including notifying insurance co. of additional work needed and calling the rental agency to inform them that rental would be needed for a longer time. Also, the every other day updates were appreciated.I hope the next time I need Gerber it will be to change the color of my vehicle and not a collision repair, but Gerber is where I will go. Thank you.

Great Service! Rodney T. was great. I hit a deer the Monday before Thanksgiving and Rodney got me in the next day. My vehicle was ready a full week ahead of schedule and I was back on the road! Loved the text updates on status of repairs. Jill at the front desk was also great. She made the check in and out seamless and gave me great info about rental pick up and drop off that saved me a lot of time and headaches. No one likes to have their car damaged, but the crew at the Holly Springs, NC shop made it as painless as possible. Many Thanks!
