I was going to wait for the repairs until I got home, but my driver's door would not open after the accident, so I stopped at Gerber to see if they could help. Chad S. graciously took the time to work some magic so I could at least use the door for the remainder of our stay. He got me out of the doghouse with my wife! I am deeply grateful.

When my brand new car was hit in a parking lot, I brought it to Gerber for the repairs. Admittedly this car is my "baby" and did not want it in just anyone's hands for the repair, also did not want to worry about someone taking it for a joy ride.. The staff at Gerber took fantastic care of me, communicated with me at every step of the process, had the car back to me before the date promised, and did a top notch job on the repair. Excellent experience. Car was done early, work was very good, and the shop kept us informed every step of the way. The insurance company had underestimated the extent of the hail damage by a lot, but Josh was able to get the estimate updated in a day. When we picked it up, my wife noted that it looked better than the day we bought it. I can't say enough about how well the staff treated us.
