I was absolutely blown away by the service I received at Gerber! My car had been vandalized for the second time in a week while visiting from out-of-state. My insurance company referred me to the Highlands Ranch location as a place that was open on Saturday; they would have preferred that I waited until I could see the adjuster on Wednesday. Carl C. was compassionate about my situation, found the part that I could pick up that day, and then did the repair himself. Otherwise I would have been without a car until at least Monday. He went way above and beyond in taking care of me. By the time the claims reps called me on Monday and Tuesday, I could tell them that my car had already been fixed and that I was already several hundred miles away. Carl also helped me escalate the claims issue with my insurance due to the circumstances I was in ... that made an urgent repair necessary. I had a wonderful experience with Gerber Collision. My car was repaired a day early. I had expected it to be delayed because of the blizzard of 2016, but it was still ready for pick up a day early. When I picked up my car it had been washed inside and out. It was almost like a new car. Thank you!!
