Great people and service. This is my second time here in two years and service is great and employees are too. Vehicles are done when told they would be unless a problem with the parts suppliers. Would definitely refer anyone to go to this place for your best repairs.

Jeffrey K. did a wonderful job. My mother and I both said how new my car looked when it left Gerber. I was really skeptical about the paint job. My car is a 2009 and I thought the color wasn't going to match. I was pleasantly surprised. The added bonus was the cleaning of my car's interior, which saved me a lot. I loved the text messages and phone calls I received during the whole process. I did not have to worry about anything. And when I picked up my car, Jeffrey took me around my car, showed me the beautiful work, and allowed me to leave my rental. He arranged for it to be picked up by enterprise. The whole process was easy and there weren't any hiccups on Gerber's end. Hopefully, I never get into another car accident, but if I do I will come back to Gerber. Thank you so much!!

We are very pleased with the repairs done on our 4Runner. Our Estimator, Jeffrey was very thorough in explaining every facit of work that may be needed during the estimating process and kept us up to date during the repair process via e-mail and phone The job was completed two days ahead of schedule and when we went to pick up the vehicle, he explained every step of the repair process via photos. He even had the vehicle cleaned inside and out, the repair was incredible, great paint matching, looked like a vehicle! Great job!

Service was the best I've ever experienced. One of the managers Steven L., who handled my truck repair all the way through was out of this world amazing. Genuinely caring, total perfectionist ! Loved it! He treated my vehicle as if it was his own. Steve and the staff kept me updated on the status of my truck the whole way through. Excellent communication on everyone's part. You don't see that in many companies these days. 110% satisfied with my Gerber experience. I can guarantee you I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. My vehicle looks brand new, like nothing ever happened. They did all of the work very fast, I wasn't expecting it to be so fast at all. Thanks Gerber !
