Jeff K. was extremely helpful and kept me informed about the progress on my car. He was also very helpful in arranging transportation to my home and when the car was done, arranged to have me picked up and deliver me back to Gerber. Kathy, the receptionist was very courteous and pleasant and made you feel welcome. You have a good team at that location. P.S. The work on the car was A-1.

Cassandra at the front desk was so nice! She helped me out tremendously! Very sweet and kind we actually became friends! I would very much recommend this facility to anyone just because of her! Going in I had alot of stress about my vehicle and she assured me everything was going to be ok. Even though the outcome of the claim did not go exactly planned I still would return here just because of the genuine person she is!

The staff was incredibly helpful and easy to deal with. This is probably the best auto shop experience I have ever had. Jeff was great about communication with me on the status of the repair by both phone and email. Cassie always knew who I was when I called and so friendly on the phone. The truck came back as quick as they could possibly make it happen (which was fast!) and it looks great! Really a positive experience for a bad situation. I will defiantly be back for some more cosmetic stuff I want to have done on my truck!
