First off, Alex is a rockstar at customer service. It's so rare these days, so I had to specifically mention her. She's warm And welcoming from the moment you walk in, is knowledgeable and informative, etc. Kayle was also good at keeping me informed every step of the way via email, txt, or phone. They made my rental car transaction super easy and convenient. All in all, this place has a great system, is organized, and has a really good staff.

Received great service from front office and the shop. Kayle went above and beyond on more than one occasion and is a big part of the reason I brought the vehicle back a second time even though State Farm did not have the Gilbert location on their network (they had Mesa). My son was treated with extra care when I brought him in with me to pick up. The Gilbert office makes you feel like more than a vehicle to repair.

I dropped my car off on the 5th for a repair from being rear-ended, and they called me promptly on the 12th to tell me my car was ready, as scheduled. Everything was taken care of and I have been left very satisfied by the customer service I received!

I bought my car new back in 2012 and took pride in having not a single dent up until the end of 2015, when I was hit by another driver while I was waiting for my light to turn green. I was totally bummed out - there goes my virgin car body and here comes a hassle, I thought. The accident took out a headlight, front bumper, fender, and scratched my door. Having previously painted an old Mustang with a perfect OCD special paint job, I thought, here comes repair work that I'll be able to see the imperfections on. This, however, was not the case at all. I'm very busy and I rely on my car; Gerber made things very easy. I dropped off my car, waited about 5-10 minutes, and a courtesy driver came to bring me to the nearest Enterprise rental at no charge to me. They kept me in the loop with progress on the car via text message alerts and a phone ... call or two. A couple weeks later, I got my car back, and holy detail!!! I used to detail cars for a living, and I got my car back with clean wheels, tires, a clean dash, vacuumed carpets, etc. I was not expecting a full detail. Even to a discriminating painter's eye, they did an excellent job with the paint and body work. No color differences between panels, no pitting, perfect panel gaps, flawless putty work, and the clearcoat texture and sheen match the factory paint on the rest of the car. It's tough when your first new car gets hit, especially when it wasn't your fault, but Gerber made my car new again. Hopefully I won't ever have to get collision repairs again, but if I need to, I'll definitely be going back to Gerber. Thank you to everyone involved in repairing and cleaning my car! read more
