From the moment I spoke to Frank and Donya to the time I picked up my car they were incredible they did everything that they said they were going to do and on top of all that made my car look like it was brand-new right off the show room floor blew me away kind of service I'm so impressed with them I've already begun recommending this location to all the people that I know and I'm sure I'll come back for any work that I'd like to have done to any of my other cars It was definitely a great experience nothing like what I had expected first-class service all the way around. I was beyond impressed with the service and work Gerber's did on my truck! From the moment I dropped off my truck I knew I was in good hands. They performed the body work faster than expected and my truck looked better than when I first bought it. I loved the fact that when I schedule my drop off they had arranged the rental car company to be there waiting for me. This saved me time and made my boss happy that I could make it back to work quickly.

I had my windshield replaced by a mobile tech 6 weeks ago. After the service that was provided, my windshields would always go once across the window every time I started my car. I didn't think much of it until it wore down my blades. I brought my car in to Gerber in Gilbert, AZ and was greeted by a great friendly staff. Cory helped me fix the problem and got the technicians involved to stop the blades from going once every time I started the vehicle. It was exceptional customer service provided and a happy customer. You have great people at your company and Cory is one of the those people that is sure to move up in your company. Great work Cory and thanks again.

My vehicle was rear ended - the party at fault had ESurance and they recommended Gerber. The results were phenomenal, my car looked as if it had been detailed and made brand new again. The staff did several things to go above and beyond for me. I can't thank Gerber enough for getting me in my vehicle as quick as possible while still doing a fantastic job. Thank you!

I had a small fender bender in a parking lot. Gerber Collison & Glass was one of the companies my insurance company recommended. After reading their favorable reviews I immediately contacted Corey M, General Manager. Corey, the front office lady (believe her name was Noela...sorry if I am wrong) were very customer service oriented from the first contact. They were accommodating in getting my vehicle in for repairs immediately and took the time to explain what needed to be done & how long it would take. Corey and his team are very professional and they do care about providing quality service. Just stop by their office and you will see exactly what I mean.

I have never been in an accident before, so this was a new experience for me. The staff walked me through every step, and when my truck was finished, it looked brand new! They even washed it, vacuumed it out, and applied tire shine. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing body work done.
