The body work and customer service during repairs was great. The automated updates are helpful and allowed me to plan ahead as far as picking up my vehicle. When I was doing the walk around inspecting the repairs, I made a comment that I wished I had remembered to ask about covering some chipped areas on my car from rocks, etc. The employee went in and got touch up paint and covered all of the chipped areas on my car while I waited. That goes a long way in the area of customer service and I think she represented your company with excellence.

My truck was hit by Lawrence Norton on 1/2/16 and his insurance is Allstate. Took my truck to be fixed by Gerber Collision & Glass on 1/12/16 and it was assessed to take approximately 10 days to fix and it ACTUALLY was ready by 1/21/16 @ 5:15 p.m but since I live in Hinesville, I picked up truck on 1/22/16 and I had no complaints on the work done. Staff and Estimator, Melyssa F. was very courteous and called each day to let me know what was going on with my truck. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to others for repairs.

I have taken multiple cars there and I am very satisfied each time. If you are looking around for car repair - you should at least come by to their shop for a quote!
