Keith gave me a fair estimate to replace both side mirrors on my wife's Sonata. It didn't take very long for the work to be done. My wife was happy to get the car back looking brand new. I am happy also and will use Gerber again if the need arises.

Just want to give a big thank you , to Melyssa F. at Gerber collision, I can't express how nice she was , kept me up to date everyday letting me know how everything was going with my truck. They did an amazing job , lot better than I expected. This will be the only place I'll take my vehicle to , and refer everyone I know. She even gave me credit for the aftermarket parts they couldn't replace. Absolutely the most helpful, and friendly service u could ever ask for , and the quickest.

I typically do not complete these but after the extraordinary service I received, I had to. From the 1st phone call to picking up my vehicle...I was impressed!! The daily text I received informing me the status of my car was much appreciated...I never had to wonder what was going on. The customer service was exceptional and the work preformed was awesome! I will admit, I wanted to use another local repair shop that I have previously used but the insurance company sent me here. I hope I never have to use a collision shop again but in the event I do, Gerber will be who I use and will recommend to others! Thank you so much Sara for everything!

To all interested parties... Please take note that my husband and I are thoroughly satisfied with the quality of product and service we received this morning! We were concerned that we would regret not going to Lexus to have our front passenger window replaced, much to our surprise the technician (I think his name is Donny) called as promised, arrived in the time he said he would, installed our factory tinted window with precision and expertise, cleaned out the glass fragments from inside the door panel in no time! I'm a hard sell but my husband is impossible and he was impressed!!! That's impressive! Thank you Donny and Gerber you guys have two very satisfied customers today who intend to recommend Gerber and Donny the glass-man :-) for any future auto-glass replacement! Hope this note makes your day as you did ours! Keep up the great ... customer service...you're almost an anomaly these days! Lol read more
