The ladies at Gerber took excellent care of me. Even though there were some issues with the rental company, the ladies at Gerber did everything in their power to help. The repairs were done quickly (completed days prior to the estimated repair time) and adequately. Although the damage was minor, I am definitely satisfied with the work they did and will bring my business to them in the future as well as "wreck-ommend" them to my friends and neighbors.

I had a great experience with Gerber Collision. I dropped my car off and they had the enterprise rental company onsite to take me to my rental car. The customer service of Tyrone, who inspected my car, was wonderful. They communicated with me throughout the process and I was able to pick it back up within 2 weeks of dropping it off. Great experience, would highly recommend them!

I have never been treated so well by any car repair facility! From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted warmly and made to feel valued. I got update calls and texts daily, and the repairs were done so quickly! This facility is 90 minutes from my home, as the accident occurred on a trip, but I think I might make that drive again if I need future work done.

This was my first encounter with Gerber Collision, and I must say "I'M IMPRESSED". Ashley was recommended as one of the best service technicians and I agree. Even though Gerber's electronic notification system kept me abreast of the progress on my vehicle, Ashley made it personal checking to see if I had any additional questions or concerns. From the look of the work performed, I can't even tell where the damage began and ended. Ashley & Gerber - Thank you. Oh yes, a special shout out to the manager that approved the Gerber 5 day free rental. Excellent extra special touch. I will recommend your company to all that I can. Even from the front desk - your team does an outstanding job! Make it a great day!
