Ben M. the manager and Megan the receptionist were both great. Dropped my 2013 Chrysler 300 off Tuesday morning to have a pretty big dent removed from the door, and the car was ready the next day at 5:00! The car looked good as new, they cleaned it inside and out and even paid for me a rental car. This place has grade A service. I will definitely return if needed and recommend everyone I know.

I would recommend this location to anyone. I feel I have made new friends in the completion of a windshield replacement and paint job. This group definitely has the expertise needed to complete such a project. Fantastic Job!! In addition, I would like to give a special thanks to Ashley and Peggy. They both made me feel right at home and answered any questions or concerns without delay. TWO THUMBS UP LADIES!! It is so very hard to find the customer service I experienced with Gerber these days. As the day after I picked it up, a girl hit the right rear light and they fixed it right back for me, they were great! And I would know, my father had a car dealership. So I know good work and great employees!

I choose Gerber due the number of the reviews in the internet. My car was damage on the front and I met Ashley when I arrived. She was very cordial, listened me and also kept me informed almost in daily basis all steps of the process (This is very rare in the market...). I was very impressed by the professionalism of Gerber team. I received estimate very fast and the approval for the service was also fast so two days after they schedule me to drop the car to start the repairs. I received my car about 6 days before the estimate. The service was outstanding as well as the cordiality and professionalism of Gerber team. Definitely I would refer Gerber to anyone. Now I understand why Gerber has so good reviews from so many people in independent sites in the internet. I am also another impressed satisfied customer.
