I had the best experience with car repair at Gerber Collision with Mike and Ashley! They were both very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Mike patiently went over every detail of repairs to be made and blemishes already on my car that were not due to the accident. He followed up with a report later in the week exactly like he said he would and made understanding the process very simple. Ashley was also thorough in letting me know what to expect through the process and when my car was ready to pick up. Her help was great in letting me arrange a smooth schedule in picking up my car and returning the rental. When comparing the service, quality, and employees at Gerber with other companies I was truly impressed!

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. I was kept in the loop every step of the way as to the progress being made in repairing my car. My car was fixed ahead of schedule and to my delight, was cleaned inside out prior to my picking up the car. Special accolades go to Mr. Nicholas. He treated me with respect and was very knowledgeable as to the nature of the repairs. I trusted his judgement wholeheartedly. I won't go anywhere else for future repairs of any of our vehicles.

Took my car to Gerber for rear end damage. From day one they kept me informed and did exactly as promised. Picked up my car a few days earlier than the original finish date and it looks great. The rear end looks brand new and they even repaired a few things the insurance would not cover at no cost to me. I definitely recommend Gerber to all future customers and will return (hopefully not) if I ever need body work repair.

I had a missing drivers side door handle and came in to get a handle ordered for my Nissan Versa 2009. I paid for what I thought was a complete handle assembly. The handle continued falling off the door. It seemed that the necessary key cover part had not been ordered the first repair. After the second visit when they simply stuck the incomplete handle back on, I wrote a complaint. I had no idea a second part was necessary until the manger noted the omission the second visit. They ordered this key cover part, and it was installed and works wonderfully well. The Manager today, said there was not a charge for this part ordered. I was very surprised with this customer service action. I am pleased, impressed and thankful. Thank you very much for the constant trying to make this repair successful. Also advice was given about another part ... needed. Thank you for this also. I will return for further work to be done to this location of Gerber collusion and Glass, in Kennesaw, Ga. I will also recommend work done there to my friends. read more
