VERY SELDOM DO YOU GO INTO A BUSINESS AND FIND EACH EMPLOYEE WORKING HARD AT THEIR DESK BUT TAKE THE TIME TO KNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WALKED INTO THE DOOR. STEPHANIE AT THE FRONT DESK IS VERY GOOD AT WHAT SHE DOES MEETING THE CUSTOMER AND DIRECTION TO THE RIGHT PERSON. MY GO TO PERSON WAS JOHN HE WAS RIGHT ON THE BUTTON CALLING WHEN NEEDED VERY GREAT IN COMMUNICATING WHAT IS GOING ON AND VERY WILLING TO WORK WITH ME. Brittany and management were great. I got a flat tire on Saturday and when AAA came by to repair it there was an issue removing the spare tire (which was new and had been replaced by Gerber in a collision last year) The staff arranged to have my truck towed to the shop and they replaced my flat with no cost for the towing or the repair although they found no fault on their end with the previous repairs. I appreciate them and I would recommend Gerber to anyone needing glass or window repair- I have had both.
