Took my car in for repair and first spoke to Kara R. -CSR and then to James S. General Manager. They checked the damages and told me they could just add a bolt and buff out the scratches. Even cancel the claim! Oh my gosh, they asked me if I had time to wait, repairs were completed in least than 30 minutes, and no charge! Honesty and curtsy in this day and age is had to fine! What an great experience and will highly recommend they to all my friends. Thanks again to James and Kara!

After being involved in a hit and run and having a bodily injury as well as your vehicle needing repairs, it was amazing to have my insurance company recommend a place that would not only fix my auto good as new, but would walk me through the process step by step with such care and grace. We had updates regularly and they treated us like royalty. From the time we dropped it off in tears of sadness until the time we picked it up in tears of joy, they were perfect. Very professional and very courteous. They even took care of making sure the rental company picked up the loaner from their location. We highly recommend using Gerber. Thank you for making a horrible experience more bearable.

Unfortunately, I had to have a back bumper repaired due to a hit and run in a parking lot. My insurance company recommended Gerber Collision and I had never heard of them, so I researched the internet and found no complaints! So, I took my car there for an estimate and was pleasantly surprised at the superior service I received. I returned 2 days later to drop off my car and they gave me an estimate of when it would be ready. It was repaired ahead of schedule, so I was very pleased to get my car back early. I highly recommend Gerber Collision!

My husband and I came in to get an estimate on my front bumper that was pushed in, and the young lady that helped me immediately went outside to take a look at our truck even though the office was swamped with other people. She explained that in order to warranty the repairs, they would have to replace the parts damaged and even emailed me my estimate! Since we were just trying to get the damages popped out she even recommended somewhere down the street we could go. Jerrie was very courteous and professional, I would recommend this shop to my friends!
