The individual that hit my car used Progressive as their insurance carrier. Not my choice of insurance. My choice for repairs was Gerber. Progressive insurance representative was not very customer friendly to Gerber or me. But Gerber worked with them, got my car repaired in a timely manner. I have used Gerber for all my car repairs. Always polite, very quick with the answers that I needed. Very pleased!

OUTSTANDING REPAIR! Brittany was ABSOLUTELY fantastic to work with. I was kept very well informed of the process; you can tell she really knows what she's doing and very good at it. Brittany and her boss even delivered my vehicle to my house when my wife was out of town!

Shop kept in contact and gave me updates along the way as to how repairs were going. When I dropped the truck off they were very keen on me making an appointment and walking around truck and I informed them I was just dropping the truck off. I was not driving the truck when damage happened and had nothing to add concerning repairs. Manager did go as far as asking who my manager was but I was just dropping the truck off, any conversation that needed to be made needed to be done with the insurance company.
