I was in need of having a rear-view mirror replaced on the outside drivers door of my MX5 Miata. Realizing this is a small job for body repair shops, I stopped by to gauge interest and obtain a quote. Ed P., General Manager, was quick to offer assistance, survey the damage and give an immediate quote. Ed ordered the necessary part and called to ask a convenient time for me to stop in. He stated that the repairs would take about two hours and called me within that time to know my car was ready. The mirror is awesome and the shop washed my car, exterior and interior, as well. I am having some body scratches painted soon and will not hesitate to visit Ed and his team again. Thank you!

I wanted to thank Teresa and Dwayne for providing excellent customer service when I brought my car in with a bumper that had been knocked out of place. They came to my rescue by taking the time to look at my car and putting it back in place without charging me. It was so refreshing to find people so friendly and willing to help me. I have used Gerber previously and they did an excellent job of repairing my damaged vehicle in a timely manner. Gerber will be my go-to collision repair shop.

My car was fixed and looks fantastic. Alecia called me and I picked up my car and dropped off my rental car at the Gerber location. Usually car repairs are such a headache but this was too easy!
