I was so impressed with every single thing she did to take care of my vehicle and me as well. She is a wonderful asset to the company and her work ethic is something that is rarely found these days.....I am so glad I chose Gerber and this location because of her!!!

I was pleased with the work that was done on my pickup. I was called one evening to let me know that it was finished. I went the next morning to pick it up, which was on a Saturday. Well, it was not done, the bug shield had not been installed. Since there were no one on hand to install the missing item on Saturday, I had to make an extra trip on Monday to have the work completed. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best, I would rate the complete job including consultation a 9. Thank you

Exceptional service and treatment. So impressed with Keith's expertise and compassion. Even if an accident is not your fault, being in one is traumatic.
