Dropped off my wife's 2013 Hyundai Genesis with driver side damage from the front bumper to driver's door. First the customer service ladies Dee and Tiffany were fantastic. The appraisal went smoothly we received a date when the car would be ready. We received weekly updates on the progression of the repairs. There was a problem with one of the parts that wouldn't arrive until after the promised date. Rusty the manager called me to come to the shop to meet with him. Once I arrived at the shop he took me to the car he walked me through that had been done and why it was so important to wait for the part. He gave me another pick up date and it was met. I liked the honesty and openness Rusty and his team possess. I would recommend Gerber Collision to anyone, truly a customer friendly business. Nelson Harper September 7, 2018

I am aware that my husband wrote a review about service to our Honda CRV recently that depicted the customer service in a negative manner.Please understand that nothing could be further from the truth.While the interior of car was not 100%, the service we received from Debbie and Michelle was nothing less than stellar.I cannot apologize enough for my husbands overreaction and terrible review. Was hit by a drunk driver...Brian and the team were fantabulous! My car was gone about 3 weeks, but when I got it back, it was evident they took their time with it!! Suzanne is the nicest AND FUNNIEST customer care rep ever!! I will be back to Gerber for all my repair needs!!

I cannot say enough about how appreciative we are of all the team at the Newnan location. Our estimator, Alicia B., made sure that our overall experience went smoothly and answered any question we had in a timely and professional manner. The repairs done to our vehicle were top notch and we are very pleased with the outcome. The entire team at the Newnan location made this a much less stressful situation and for that we are very grateful. Thank you to the entire team!

Anyone needing repairs on your vehicle; dont take your vehicle anywhere, but.... Gerber Auto Collision & Glass in Duluth Ga, on satellite. These people know how to fix your car and they genuinely care about any and everyone who walks through their doors. i called to schedule and appointment and I talked with Suzanne who said we can have Ashley to meet you after hours so you can drop your car off and get your rental. When I dropped by car off it was after 6pm, Jean, Ashley, Brian met me at the front door and they told me that Suzanne waited and has just left. They took their time to listen to all my concerns and then they took meticulous notes to make sure they say look every thing i pointed out.
