I've had my car repaired a couple times by Gerber-Roswell and have always appreciated their work and professionalism. Today, I stopped in with our daughter's vehicle, because the driver door was rubbing very slightly against the fender. When Amanda came to take a look at it, she asked if she could have my keys to drive it back to the garage; I thought she was just going to have someone assess the situation. Less than 10 minutes later, she came back with the car - repaired! When I asked how much I owed, she wouldn't let me pay for the service (I hope that doesn't create a problem for her - believe me, she just created a major spokesperson for your company!). I really appreciate Amanda's making time to see the car and her and your mechanic's stopping to fix this problem for me. I'm officially a customer - and spokesperson - for life. Body work is perfect, Paint match is undetectable, perfect spot on color. This is my second time to have repair and paint at Gerber and have been pleased both times. One suggestion is that they should do a complete walk around with you when you come to pick up your car.

I was greeted promptly for my appointment upon arrival. They helped me set up my rental car and got me in and out quickly. Ashley the estimator was the best! She explained everything and called with regular updates even though I know she was busy. She even stayed late with another person on a Friday night to allow me to pick up my vehicle. I'm so impressed with the service I received from Ashley and all the staff! They are the best!

Gerber made a nerve racking situation easy prompt and pleasant. Ashley was was my estimator and she basically held my hand through the whole process. My appointments were prompt and she made sure that I was always informed during the process. She helped set up my rental car and even helped me turn it in when my car was ready. Gerber only had my car for a few days and they gave it back to me in better condition than before the car accident. Although I don't want to see her again (for obvious reasons) I'd highly recommend Gerber Thanks Ashley!
