Received excellent customer service from front desk clerk, she offer me coffee or bottle water to drink. Very thoughtful of her Johnny went over my car with me and marked the damage spot. He also inform me that I will receive an email or text msg, reference to status of my repairs, once insurance claim adjusted inspect vehicle. ??

Lloyd knows the meaning of customer service! He called me twice a week to keep me updated on repair progress. He was honest, even when there were delays. After the repair was complete, he still took the time to send me over 40 pictures of the work progress to forward to my attorney. He was unfailingly professional, courteous and kind. Give this man a big raise! Have him train others in customer service! These days, when most of my encounters with service personnel are disappointing at best, Mr. Lloyd Hadley stands out as one of the best I've encountered.

Customer service was excellent. Kept me informed of what was going on, how they were going to fix it and the time. They were very considerate of my time. The car repair looked great. The car overall looked better/cleaner when I got it back than when I turned it in. My husband and I would strongly recommend Gerber to all of our friends and family. If there was a rating higher than a five, he would deserve it.

Loved the treatment here! The receptionist are polite and helpful. Even when customers may get frustrated. Grant was very very helpful with my car and kept me updated on when I'd get my vehicle back. I was in a rush because my rental from enterprise despite the same year as my car was NOT it. Who knew there was such a huge difference from a 2021 premium Volkswagen and a 2021 Mitsubishi. So happy to get my Volkswagen back just the way it was before the accident from Gerber in a timely manner due to the damage. All in all loved loved my experience and would highly recommend to anyone !
