Total experience exceeded expectation. From the moment we delivered the car for the repairs until we drove away after the repairs our experience was very good. Customer reception area was clean and comfortable, receptionist was polite and efficient and the service writer, Lloyd H. , was friendly, helpful and competent. Car looked great. Would highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to friends.

I choose this collision center because it was in my area and close to the rental place I was going to use, I am glad I did , Mr. Dennis my service rep was very nice, he explain what would happen and the time frame needed for repairs. My repairs look awesome just like new. Both receptionist I encounter was also very nice. Great experience!

I had such a wonderful experience at the Gerber Collision (McDonough- Industrial Dr Location). They took care of me so well, and the service was so fast!! They were not only very professional, but also very knowledgeable and incredibly kind. Just sitting in the waiting room, over hearing how they were helping all their customers (and mind you, there was even an elderly lady who had come in on her own)!! Just incredible, and very trust-worthy!

Though it took nearly four weeks to get my car back, Breanna was very good in following through. When it came time to pick up the car, a family emergency made it difficult for me to come in and she went out of her way to see that the car was delivered. Employees are a company's greatest asset, and Breanna certainly makes Gerber stand out in customer satisfaction.

Mr Carl T. did a excellent job with my car. He text me daily to inform me of every step. My car looked like it did when I first purchased it! The staff was great as well and answered all my questions immediately. I would usually only let Cadillac repair anything that went wrong with my car and didn't trust anyone else, but I think Gerber will be my "new" repair place. Thanks guys, keep up the good work and the high standards.

Lloyd did an excellent job on my car! It was in and out of the shop in no time. He is super sweet and attentive and really wants to make sure every detail of what is being fixed is perfect. My car looked brand new when I got it back. He washed it and even cleaned the inside! He made this process very easy and went above and beyond! I would recommend anyone and everyone to the lawrenceville location to work with Lloyd. This is probably the only place I'll bring my car to be fixed. Thank you so much!
