Excellent customer service! I love that Gerber collision has great communication also. I was kept in the loop of what was happening with my car and anyone I talked to answered all questions and went above and beyond. They estimated a week due to national part shortages and that's exactly what it took to get the car fixed. Thanks Max, Jennifer, and Danny! Y'all made the process of getting my car fixed so much easier and I can tell you care about your customers and jobs. I highly recommend, I never do surveys but they took care of me so well I had to share! I will be back for any services I may need on my car

We would like to commend the outstanding customer service of Michael of the Dallas, GA location. One of the luggage racks on my Volvo was damaged by inadvertently closing the garage door, causing it to be knocked off. Michael quickly devised a solution and reattached the rack in an excellent fashion. His work was top-notch and he corrected the matter in just a few minutes. It is unusual to see this level of customer satisfaction, and we greatly appreciate his customer relations skills.
