The team in Augusta handled everything professionally, communicated well and often, and were available to answer any questions that I had about the process. They were willing to work with me to facilitate my school schedule and schedule my repairs when it was convenient for me. They worked efficiently to minimize the time that I was without my car. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of during the entire process. The repairs on my vehicle were completed in a timely manner and without any complications. The staff were friendly and great to work with. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision in Augusta to anyone needing service to their vehicle.

Very professional and quick job, first let me say as a mechanic I am a tough customer, I can barely tell the car was ever in a wreck, I can, only because of the bodyline on the aftermarket hood, paint match is great, repairs and service superceded my expectations, 4 stars given because 4.5 is not an option, again, I can tell the car has been repaired but it isnt noticeable to anyone else, very close considering aftermarket parts, customer service is outstanding, again, I am a tough customer, quick, professional good job. great experience
