GA - 589 Willow St, Atlanta - 9/30/25

I came here to get an estimate. The one and only Miss Aaliyah helped me and her service was very accurate and professional. The the 18 wheeler's insurance company that hit my vehicle tried to say my car was totaled but Miss Aaliyah gave me and estimate and that helped State Farm. Few days later I received an email saying we received and approved your damage estimate. Please contact the shop to begin repairs. I called the Gerber collision and asked Miss Aaliyah what I should do from here, since I wasn't getting my car fixed there, and she guided me to the right path and hopefully my car will be fixed by the end of next week. Miss Aaliyah is the best and I highly recommend her for supervisor if she hasn't already passed that stage. Thank you Miss Aaliyah and Gerber collision for helping keep my very first car and not having it get totaled.

Chris did the intake and also delivery once the work was completed and answered all of my questions and concerns. I recently had my vehicle repaired at gerber, and the quality of work was exceptional. The service provided was efficient, and the issue was resolved promptly. Furthermore, my insurance policy covered the repair costs, which was a significant relief. Impressively, they even arranged a rental car when the repair took longer than initially anticipated. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience and the professionalism of the repair shop and my insurance provider.

The damage to my car was structural only, no leaks, no damage to alignment. We drove it home about 60 miles from Athens Tn to Dalton ga with no problems at all. When Gerber done the estimate and sent it to Travelers Insurance, travelers wanted to total my car rather than fix it. The car had sentimental value and has been kept in very good shape and condition. The reason they wanted to total it was because repair was about 200 dollars over what they were willing to pay. Gerber made it all work out so Travelers did pay, and the car was not totaled. Everyone was very courteous and helpful, especially the manager and the estimator.
