The damage to my car was structural only, no leaks, no damage to alignment. We drove it home about 60 miles from Athens Tn to Dalton ga with no problems at all. When Gerber done the estimate and sent it to Travelers Insurance, travelers wanted to total my car rather than fix it. The car had sentimental value and has been kept in very good shape and condition. The reason they wanted to total it was because repair was about 200 dollars over what they were willing to pay. Gerber made it all work out so Travelers did pay, and the car was not totaled. Everyone was very courteous and helpful, especially the manager and the estimator.

I went on line and scheduled an appt for an estimate for 8-20 @ 11:00 am and was sent a confirmation. Then I was sent a message my appt was cancelled and to call to reschedule. I called the number provided and told the guy that answered I needed to reschedule and he hung up on me. I called back and the call was picked up and immediately hung up without saying anything. Very unprofessional .

Believe me when I tell you that this Gerber location is the best in the game. The staff, David and Skippy went above and beyond to take care of my wife's 2024 BMW 430i Coupe. They gave sound advice, did the work faster than expected with a quality that exceeded all expectations. You would never had known the vehicle ever had damage at all. Thank you gentlemen. Couldn't be more satisfied: They had the best estimate over other shops (by over $1000); every time I showed up, they already had everything prepped and ready to go; the work was done ahead of schedule; the work was done flawlessly, with not even the slightest indication any work was ever done in the first place; they even returned my car cleaner than it was when I dropped it off (and I keep my car very clean). These guys are pros and I couldn't be happier with their overall professionalism and the quality of the work. From the front desk to their technicians, I was impressed with all of them-other shops I talked to (cough, cough... Kendrick...cough) are not even close.

I had a great experience at the Gerber Collision in Kennesaw. They repaired my car in less time than I had expected and the quality of the repairs were excellent. Shea and other staff were very friendly and professional. They had great communication and let me know what was going on every step of the way and answered all my questions.
