The customer service from the beginning to the end was amazing. Your feel bad taking your car in after you are the one that caused damaged, you team made me feel at ease. Every day that my truck was in your care, a team member called me a kept me update with the progress and she did it with a smile because I could feel it through the phone. I am telling everyone I know about your service. I don"t plan on damaging my truck anymore but if I do I'm coming to Gerber.

Thank you Charles M for your "awesome care" of my wife's Ford Edge. We started this process off by dropping our car off on a Friday, April 12. We realized that my wife's purse was still in the car as we were packing to go to Oregon the next day. Since you were closed for the weekend, I was able to email Charles, who monitors customer comments. Charles called me early Saturday, April 13, met me at the shop in Kennesaw, and we were able to get my wife's purse. We caught our plane at 2:30pm, with no delay. While in Oregon, Alexis texted updates on the progress of the repair. We pick up our Ford Edge today, May 3, from Kennesaw. It looked like a new car both inside and out. Thank you for the "awesome care"!

Hello my name is Frances and I was hit 4-17-2024 from behind. Allstate was handling my claim and sent me to Gerber Collision and Glass for repairs for my car. I took my car to be inspected on April 18th at 2:30 p.m. the lady at the desk greeted me with a smile. They inspected it I said can my husband and I bring it back on Friday April 19th at 9:00 am in the morning and they said it was fine. They told me what they were going to fix and what wasn't included and said they would keep in touch and leave messages on Tuesdays about my Toyota. They said it could take 10 days not counting weekends They returned it on 4-30-2024. It was less than 10 days. Oh and they did a excellent job. Oh yeah, I didn't get a rental car after the accident so they brought my car to my house and dropped it off in the yard for me. Thank you so much

Chip and all the staff were extremely professional, anything wrong they made it right. Car was ready when promised. Any minor issues were corrected on the spot. I don't write reviews unless I've had a bad experience. But I had to write one because they deserved it. If I didn't have insurance I would still come to Gerber . The best of the best!! If I could give them 20 stars I would. Keep up the good work Gerber!

UNBELIEVABLE - In a good way. Barely a week to turn the car around. 7 hours after buying a new Kia Sportage a deer wanted to test the bumper protection. I was told at least 2 weeks and expected probably a month to get the car back. Either Gerber just crushed it or Kia was actually on top of it, whatever it was... I got it back within a week. Amazing turn around, A+ communication and overall OUTSTANDING experience. THANK YOU GERBER COLLISION!

Had a deer run into our brand new truck, only 10 thousand miles on it. We were just sick. The dee took out both diver side doors. Dreaded having to go through all the hassle of dealing with insurance claims, body shops and car rental. But Gerber and our insurance company were awesome. We were told exactly what was going to happen and how long it was going to take. And the bonus was we never had to call and check the status. We were sent text messages every step of the way. AND Gerber made it super easy to return our rental car. I was ble to drop my car and pick up our truck all without having to find someone to help me drop off/pickup. Definitely will use Gerber again. And highly recommend Gerber. Thank you to the individual in the body shop for the fabulous job on the repair. It looks just like new.

The staff was wonderful and kept me updated through the repair process! I got my truck back considerably fast as well. The most impressive part was when I arrived and seen my truck, I hardly recognized it after the repair and a fresh bath. I appreciate Gerber Collision & Glass Valdosta for the great repair!
