On my initial visit, I noticed the office was very clean and quiet. The front desk ladies were very nice and soft spoken. I was very satisfied with the transition of dropping my car off to immediately getting a rental. The repairs received were done and matched as best as it could be, almost like new. Jacob S. was very polite and professional in dealing with me and the Gerber repair staff did an excellent job. And as a bonus, they had washed it and cleaned it up for me, including vacuuming the inside and the trunk. It looks beautiful. Thank you so very much. For any future repairs I may need, nobody will touch my car but Gerber Collision & Glass!!
