I recently had my vehicle repaired at gerber, and the quality of work was exceptional. The service provided was efficient, and the issue was resolved promptly. Furthermore, my insurance policy covered the repair costs, which was a significant relief. Impressively, they even arranged a rental car when the repair took longer than initially anticipated. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience and the professionalism of the repair shop and my insurance provider.

The damage to my car was structural only, no leaks, no damage to alignment. We drove it home about 60 miles from Athens Tn to Dalton ga with no problems at all. When Gerber done the estimate and sent it to Travelers Insurance, travelers wanted to total my car rather than fix it. The car had sentimental value and has been kept in very good shape and condition. The reason they wanted to total it was because repair was about 200 dollars over what they were willing to pay. Gerber made it all work out so Travelers did pay, and the car was not totaled. Everyone was very courteous and helpful, especially the manager and the estimator.

I went on line and scheduled an appt for an estimate for 8-20 @ 11:00 am and was sent a confirmation. Then I was sent a message my appt was cancelled and to call to reschedule. I called the number provided and told the guy that answered I needed to reschedule and he hung up on me. I called back and the call was picked up and immediately hung up without saying anything. Very unprofessional .
