My car was hit by a man with Hartford Ins. They recommended Gerber. Everyone was extreemly efficient. It was so convenient especially with the car rental company next door. The folks at Enterprise were very customer friendly also. Everyone was so friendly and efficient it made me suspicious what was up? But the estimate was less than I would have thought. When I got my car back it was cleaned with the tires shining. They even fixed a small repair that we did not discuss. I am a Marketing major from many years ago and this service reminded me of how we were instructed to run a business. "Not only satisfying the customer but pleasing the customer" If all business (especially auto repair) were ran like yours the world would be a more pleasant. My Estimator was Herb Upton. Thanks

The quotation for repairs was provided on 10/05, the day after the car was dropped off with a targeted finish date of 10/19. As I would not be available to pick the car up until 10/27, I asked if there was any possible way to finish it by 10/15 latest. Herb Upton said he would have a go at it and kept me informed along the way on the subsequent Tuesdays and Thursdays - what a great service to know that the work is being done and that the target date of the 15th is trying to be met. Indeed the date was met and the work was completed on the 14th. The car was returned clean and the repairs appear to be done very well - Thanks for the professional approach to doing such great service business.
