I had a collision repair at "Cartech" which is now Gerber in Kennesaw Georgia in 2004. The paint on the hood failed. I returned the car to Gerber and they stood by the guarantee without a hassle and repair the failure. The service was excellent. Thank you Chuck Peddycoart

The service at Gerber was great! I've had problems with other collision centers in the past, but not at Gerber. They made sure I was well informed along the way and had my car fixed in no time. When I picked up my car they also took time to walk through the repairs with me and made sure I knew how to take care of the new paint job. If you're going to the Kennesaw location, as for Mike- he's the one that supervised my case!

Hands down, the BEST customer service I have received from a company in a long time! The representative was knowledgeable & helpful. We had a time issue and she even came in on a Saturday to clean the vehicle so our daughter could drive it back to college that day. Car looked great -- all in all, a very good experience.

Outstanding Service!! I had dropped my car off at the Kennesaw facility before Christmas to complete a collision repair. Mike Upton, my service manager, provided me with great updates on my car's status, and even worked with the technicians to work overtime to complete my car's work by today. Thank you all very much. We have worked with Gerber before and will be back again (hopefully not too soon).

Gerber did an excellent job in painting and removing dents in my car. They did such an excellent job. You cannot see the damage at all and wouldn't even know the car was in an accident. I was amazed when i saw the car after it was repaired, just like new. Thank you !!!

Gerber Collision was great! Jennifer and Ashley were especially helpful to a unique situation of mine. Being in the military I had to get my truck in for repairs as soon as possible and let my brother pick it up for me since I was going to training. There wasn't a time during the repair or appraisal process that I didn't know what was going on with my truck. They worked to immediately get me set up with a USAA rental and I was on my way. I will be forever greatful for the personal efforts made to help me out and the great work on my truck!

I had my car run into at the Atlanta airport. Luckily the other person left me a note and filed a claim with their insurance comapny. This insurance company set me up with Gerber Collision in Rome. I went in and had an estimate and scheduled an appointment for repair in 15 minutes or less. I then took my car in on the appointed date at 9:00 am and they were able to replace my bumper paint it and replace my tail light and have my car ready by 5 in the afternoon the same day. My car looks brand new again. I was very happy with the service and I will recommend everyone I know to go there and I will use them again if I ever have to.
